The Meaning Behind the Name
The name Goddess Approved was chosen intentionally.
It reflects the idea that the standards we measure ourselves against do not have to come from the outside world. The name turns that idea inward. Instead of seeking approval from expectations, pressure, or perfection, it reminds us that our own inner voice matters most.
The word Goddess represents the strength, wisdom, and intuition that exist within every woman. It is not about becoming something different. It is about recognizing what is already there.
The word Approved represents self-permission. The quiet decision to choose what supports your well-being, your peace, and your sense of balance.
Together, the name becomes a small but powerful reminder that the approval we often search for already lives within us.
The logo reflects this idea as well. The three figures represent the many roles a woman carries throughout her life and the balance between strength, care for others, and care for herself.

a NOTe From the Founder
For most of my life, I was the strong one.
I spent sixteen years in the military learning discipline, resilience, and how to keep moving forward no matter what. Later, in corporate America, that same strength carried me through leadership roles, high expectations, and the constant momentum of professional life.
Strength became the way I moved through the world. It was how I showed up for my family, my work, and the people who depended on me.
But strength also has a quiet cost when we never pause long enough to restore ourselves.
One of the most defining moments of my life came when I had to leave my children behind to deploy to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Like so many parents who serve, I carried the weight of duty and love at the same time. I did what was required of me, but that experience left a mark that would later shape the way I understood rest, healing, and the importance of returning to yourself.
After years of living in constant strength as a soldier, a professional, a mother, and someone others relied on, I began to realize how easy it had become to move through life without ever truly slowing down.
I could lead.
I could carry responsibility.
I could show up for everyone else.
But I had forgotten how to create space for myself.
It was during the quieter moments that followed that realization that something began to shift. Small moments of intentional care, a quiet cup of tea, a bath at the end of a long day, a few minutes to breathe and reset, became the doorway back to a softer, more healed version of myself.
Those rituals were simple, but they were powerful.
They reminded me that rest is not weakness.
That strength and softness can exist together.
And that healing often begins in the small moments we allow ourselves to slow down.
Goddess Approved was born from that understanding.
My hope is that the rituals you create with these products become small invitations in your day. Reminders to pause, to breathe, and to give something back to yourself.
